Body Blading
Body blading, also known as IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), is a hands-on therapy used to improve mobility, reduce muscle tightness, and support recovery. IASTM is commonly used for muscle tension, movement limitations, and recovery from overuse or injury.
A specially designed tools to gently glide over the skin, targeting muscles and connective tissue (fascia).
This technique helps:
- Break up soft tissue restrictions and adhesions
- Improves circulation and tissue mobility
- Reduces muscle stiffness and discomfort
- Supports faster recovery and better range of motion
